Publicis Groupe to buy Sapient for $3.7bn
Publicis Groupe has agreed to buy "crown jewel" Sapient in a $3.7 billion (£2.3 billion) cash deal, to accelerate its digital expansion and put the failed merger with Omnicom behind it.
