Bartle Bogle Hegarty sells to Publicis Groupe
Thirty years after it was founded, Bartle Bogle Hegarty last night sold its business to Publicis Groupe, giving the holding company full ownership of the micro-network in which it has held a minority stake for the last 12 years.
