They weren’t kidding. This morning as trading began in New York shares in Facebook dropped by almost 13% and are still down by more than 12% having dropped from Facebook’s IPO price of $38 to just above $33.

Consequently, it has eliminated competition from the like of Vimeo, who offer an equally good, if not better, service, but do not have the groundswell in take up.
